# Was ist die Nachrichtenfunktion bei clockin?

Die Nachrichtenfunktion von clockin dient dazu, die Kommunikation zwischen den Mitarbeitenden zu unterstützen. In diesem Artikel erfährst du, was die Nachrichtenfunktion ist und wie du diese anwenden

## Wozu dient die Nachrichtenfunktion?

Sollten deine Mitarbeitenden eine Nachricht an dich als Admin oder an andere Empfänger schreiben wollen, kann diese Nachricht über das clockin Dashboard versendet werden. Dabei kann der Mitarbeitende auswählen, an wem die Nachricht gesendet werden soll.

**Info**: Der ausgewählte Empfänger bekommt die Nachricht per E-Mail. Die Nachrichten werden nicht gespeichert, sondern nur per E-Mail verschickt.

## Wie verfasse ich eine Nachricht?

Um eine Nachricht zu verfassen, klicke über deinen Bereich (1.) in deinem Dashboard auf "**Nachricht**" (2.).

Jetzt erscheint ein Feld, indem du deine Nachricht verfassen kannst. Hier wählst du außerdem aus, welche Person die Nachricht empfangen soll. Anschließend kannst du die Nachricht absenden.

## Was muss in den Einstellungen beachtet werden?

Damit ein Empfänger ausgewählt und die Nachricht per E-Mail erhält, muss bei dem Empfänger eine E-Mail-Adresse hinterlegt sein.

Zudem muss der Empfänger in den Einstellungen unter seinem eigenen Profil (1.) die E-Mail Benachrichtigung aktiviert haben (2.). Sonst wird die Person nicht als Empfänger angezeigt.
