# Wie kann ich Homeoffice als Standort stempeln?

In clockin habt ihr die Möglichkeit auf verschiedene Standorte zu stempeln. Wie das geht, erklären wir dir in diesem Artikel.

Im clockin Bürocenter und in der App lassen sich **Arbeitsstandorte** wie z.B. das Homeoffice, das Büro oder die Lagerhalle **beim Stempeln spezifizieren** – So hast du stets den Überblick, wer gerade wo arbeitet oder gearbeitet hat. Das erhöht die Flexibilität und vereinfacht die Kommunikation im Team.

## Aktivierung, Konfiguration und Zuweisung

Um die Funktion des Standorte-Stempelns zu nutzen, sind einige einfache Schritte notwendig. Hier sind die einzelnen Schritte zur Aktivierung und Konfiguration:

## Schritt 1: Funktion "Standorte stempeln" aktiveren

1. Öffne die **Einstellungen** im Bürocenter deines clockin-Kontos.
2. Klicke auf den Menüpunkt **Funktionsverwaltung**.
3. Setze ein Häkchen bei der Option "**Standorte stempeln**". Speichern nicht vergessen!

## Schritt 2: Konfiguration der stempelbaren Standorte

Nach der allgemeinen Aktivierung der Funktionen können individuelle Standorte hinzugefügt werden, z. B. das Homeoffice oder externe Projektstandorte.

1. Öffne die **Einstellungen** im Bürocenter deines clockin-Kontos.
2. Klicke auf den Menüpunkt **Unternehmen**.
3. Im Reiter **Standortkonfiguration** kannst du die Standorte, die gestempelt werden können, einstellen. Über den blauen Button "Standort erstellen", kannst du neue Standorte hinzufügen. In der Übersicht kannst du bereits erstellte Standorte bearbeiten (Stift-Symbol) oder löschen.

## Schritt 3: Zuweisung der stempelbaren Standorte

Damit die Mitarbeiter ihren Standort spezifizieren können, müssen ihnen vorher die stempelbaren Standorte zugewiesen werden. Dabei gibt es 2 Optionen:

➡️ **Option 1: Allen Mitarbeitern alle Standorte zuweisen**

1. Öffne die **Einstellungen** im Bürocenter deines clockin-Kontos.
2. Klicke auf den Menüpunkt **Funktionsverwaltung**.
3. Unter der Option "Standorte stempeln" findest du den Button "**Alle Standorte allen Mitarbeitern zuweisen**".

**➡️ Option 2: Individuelle Zuweisung von Standorten**

In den Mitarbeiterberechtigungen kannst du die stempelbaren Standort außerdem individuell für jeden Mitarbeiter einzeln an- und abwählen.

1. Klicke in der Übersicht **Mitarbeiter** auf den gewünschten Mitarbeiter.
2. Wähle den Reiter **Berechtigungen**.
3. Scrolle runter bis zur **Standortkonfiguration**. Dort kannst du ein Häkchen setzen bei den Standorten, die für den Mitarbeiter stempelbar sein sollen. Speichern nicht vergessen!

**Wir haben noch ein weiteres Extra, auf das wir euch gerne hinweisen möchten.**

➡️ Auf eurem Terminal, also verschiedenen Geräten, könnt ihr Standorte festlegen. Das bedeutet, dass Terminal A beispielsweise die Lagerhalle sein könnte und Terminal B das Büro. Damit sind Standorte automatisch festgelegt.
