# Wie kann ich Stundenzettel automatisiert an DATEV schicken?

In diesem Artikel erfährst du, wie du den Stundenzettel automatisiert an DATEV sendest.

Anstatt jeden Monat manuell Dateien herunterzuladen und per E-Mail weiterzuleiten, übernimmt clockin das für dich – automatisch, zuverlässig und im richtigen Format. Die Stundenzettel werden pünktlich zum festgelegten Stichtag direkt an DATEV geschickt. Du musst keine E-Mails mehr versenden, und auch dein Steuerberater muss nichts mehr händisch einspielen. Das spart nicht nur Zeit, sondern minimiert Fehlerquellen und sorgt für eine saubere, lückenlose Buchhaltung.

## So geht’s:

1. Klicke auf **Analyse** > **Stundenzettel**und wähle im Feld **DATEV CSV Export** die Option **+Automatisierung hinzufügen** aus.\

2. Es öffnet sich ein Fenster: Wähle **An DATEV schicken** und lege fest
   1. den **Stichtag des Folgemonats,**
   2. welche **Mitarbeite**r,
   3. **das System** (Lohn und Gehalt, LODAS – Standardtabelle, LODAS – Kalendertabelle)
   4. und **welche DATEN verschickt werden sollen** (Alle Bewegungsdaten, nur Abwesenheiten)
3. Klicke anschließend auf den blauen Button **Automatisieren**.\
