# Wie weise ich Mitarbeitende festgelegten Mobilgeräten zu?

Mit der clockin App ist es möglich, dass sich Mitarbeitende gemeinsam von nur einem Mobilgerät einstempeln können. Wie du das über dein BüroCenter einstellst, erklären wir dir hier.

Nicht nur ein Tablet, sondern auch andere Mobilgeräte können als Terminal zum Einstempeln zur Arbeitszeit verwendet werden. Diese Funktion kann insbesondere hilfreich sein, sollten mehrere deiner Mitarbeitenden beispielsweise an demselben Projekt vor Ort arbeiten und nur ein (Dienst-)Mobilgerät zur Verfügung haben. Auf diese Weise können sich alle Mitarbeitenden von diesem einen, festgelegten Mobilgerät einstempeln.

Um dieses über dein Büro-Center einzustellen, folge dieser Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung:

Gehe als Erstes zu deinem Büro-Center auf der [clockin-Website](https://www.clockin.de/).

Klicke jetzt über das Einstellungsrädchen auf "**Mobilgeräte**" (1.). Wähle das Mobilgerät aus, über welches deine Mitarbeitenden sich zukünftig einstempeln möchten (2.).

Schließlich kannst du auf "**Mitarbeiter zuweisen**" klicken.

Vergiss nicht, die Änderungen zu **speichern**.
