# Wie funktioniert das Stempeln über ein Kolonnen Gerät?

In diesem Artikel erfährst du, wie das Stempeln über ein Kolonnengerät funktioniert.

## **So geht's:**

1. Öffne die clockin App und wähle aus, **wer für das Team stempelt**.
2. Stempel dich wie gewohnt ein. Zunächst wird die Arbeitszeit nur für den stempelnden Mitarbeiter gestartet.
3. Klicke auf **Team verwalten**. Nun kannst du mit dem Schieberegler:\

* **einzelne Teammitglieder** dazunehmen
* oder mit einem Klick **das ganze Team** auswählen.

## **Kolonnengerät übergeben**

Du bist fertig und jemand anderes übernimmt das Stempeln?

1. Klicke oben rechts auf dein Profilbild
2. Wähle **„Gerät übergeben“**
3. Jetzt kannst du ein anderes **Teammitglied bestimmen**, das das Stempeln übernimmt.

## **Persönlicher Bereich für Teammitglieder**

Auch die Kolleginnen und Kollegen können über das Kolonnengerät ihren **eigenen Bereich aufrufen** – z. B. um Abwesenheiten einzureichen oder ihre Zeiten zu checken.

1. Unten rechts auf **„Mein Bereich“** klicken.
2. **Mitarbeiter auswählen**.
3. **PIN** eingeben.
