# Wie verbinde ich clockin mit Personio?

In diesem Artikel erfährst du, wie einfach du clockin mit der HR-Software Personio verbinden kannst.

Personio ist eine HR-Software, die Personalprozesse in kleinen und mittelständischen Unternehmen digitalisiert und vereinfacht. Durch die Verbindung mit clockin profitierst du von einer nahtlosen Verbindung beider Systeme: Mitarbeiter, die in Personio angelegt werden, werden automatisch in clockin übernommen. In Zukunft werden Abwesenheiten und Anwesenheiten, die in clockin erfasst werden, automatisch an Personio übertragen.

## So geht's:

1. Gehe über das **Einstellungsrädchen** zum Menüpunkt **Schnittstellen**.
2. Klicke auf das Feld **Personio.**\\

3. Wechsle jetzt zu deinem Personio-Konto und gehe auf:\
   Einstellungen > Integrationen > API-Zugriffsdaten > Individuelle Integration erstellen. Gib der Integration einen eindeutigen Namen und klicke auf Weiter.

4. Setze die Berechtigungen so, wie im Screenshot gezeigt.\

5. **Wichtig:** Achte darauf, bei den **Lesbaren Mitarbeiterattributen „Select All“** zu aktivieren, damit clockin alle notwendigen Informationen synchronisieren kann. Klicke Weiter.

6. Im Anschluss werden dir die Zugriffsdaten angezeigt. Kopiere diese.\

7. Wechsel zurück auf die **clockin Seite** und füge die Zugriffsdaten ein. Klicke anschließend auf **"Mit Personioverbinden**".\\
