# Wie pausiere ich meine automatische Verlängerung?

Du hast die Möglichkeit, deine automatische Verlängerung zu deaktivieren. Wie das geht, erklären wir dir hier.

Gehe im Büro-Center über den Menüpunkt "**Einstellungen**" auf "**Zahlungen**". Unten findest du die Möglichkeit "**Anschlusspaket anpassen**".

Auf der rechten Seite findest du nun den Button "**Vertrag kündigen**".

Es öffnet sich ein neues Fenster in dem wir dich bitten uns mitzuteilen, warum genau du die Automatische Verlängerung pausieren möchtest. Wir würden uns sehr über ein Feedback deinerseits an dieser Stelle freuen!

Mit Klick auf "**Verlängerung Pausieren**" bestätigst du deine Auswahl.
