# Mitarbeiter per Sammellink einladen und anlegen

Einen Link erstellen, verschicken – fertig. Deine Mitarbeiter legen sich selbst an. Du bestimmst, für wie viele der Link gilt. So bringst du dein ganzes Team schnell an Bord ohne großen Aufwand.

## **So geht's:**

Öffne die clockin-App und gehe unten rechts auf den Bereich "**Verwaltung**". Dir wird unter den ersten Schritten mit clockin die Option "**Mitarbeiter anlegen & einladen"** angezeigt.

Außerdem kannst du in der App über **Verwaltung> Live > Alle Mitarbeiter > "+"** direkt neue Mitarbeiter anlegen und einladen.

Du hast nun die Wahl:

Du kannst über "**Link erstellen und teilen"** einen Einladungslink erstellen und den Link bspw. via WhatsApp teilen. So haben deine Mitarbeiter die Möglichkeit sich selbst anzulegen.

Alternativ kannst du unten "**+ Anlegen**" deine Mitarbeiter anlegen.

Wenn du einen Link erstellst wird dir direkt die Möglichkeit gegeben diesen zu teilen. Wählst du bspw. WhatsApp aus kannst du den Text der Einladung noch vor dem Absenden direkt in WhatsApp anpassen:

> *Der Link ist 3 Tage gültig. Meldet euch bitte zeitnahe an, damit wir starten können. "*
