# Wo finde ich den Mitarbeitercode?

Damit deine Mitarbeiter sich über den Einladungslink mit dem clockin-Account deines Unternehmens verbinden können, benötigen diese einen Mitarbeitercode.

Um auf den Mitarbeitercode zuzugreifen, gibt es zwei Wege. Für den ersten Weg benötigt dein Mitarbeitender eine eigene E-Mail-Adresse, welche hinterlegt wird. Für den zweiten Weg wird eine eigene E-Mail-Adresse des Mitarbeitenden nicht benötigt. Beide Optionen werden dir nun erklärt.

Wähle unter "**Mitarbeiter**" den Mitarbeiter aus, welchen du zu der App einladen möchtest. In diesem Beispiel ist es Max Mustermann.

Anschließend findest du unter den "**Mitarbeiterdaten**" die "**Zugangsdaten**". Klicke schließlich auf "**Mit Code zur App einladen**". Jetzt erscheint ein neues Fenster.

**Option 1:** Wenn dein Mitarbeiter eine E-Mail-Adresse hat, kannst du den Code nun per E-Mail an deinen Mitarbeiter senden.

**Option 2:** Wenn dein Mitarbeiter **keine** E-Mail-Adresse hat, kannst du den Code anzeigen lassen und deinem Mitarbeiter mitteilen.

Schließlich lädt sich der Mitarbeitende die clockin App herunter und gibt den Mitarbeitercode ein. Er ist jetzt direkt mit dem Bürocenter verbunden.

**Hinweis**: Der Code für jeden Mitarbeiter ist einmalig bzw. einzigartig. Bei einem Gerätewechsel kann der selbe Code (Buchstaben-/Zahlenkombination) so einfach weiterhin genutzt werden. Sobald der QR-Code einmal verwendet wurde, wird dieser ungültig. Für eine erneute neue Verbindung muss ein neuer Code generiert werden.
