# Wie stelle ich eine Abmeldeerinnerung für die App ein?

In clockin kannst du einstellen, dass deine Mitarbeiter automatisch auf ihrem Mobilgerät an das Abmelden erinnert werden. Wie du das einstellst, erklären wir dir hier.

## Option 1: Abmeldeerinnerung zur festgelegten Uhrzeit:

1. Unter dem Menüpunkt **Einstellungen** findest du den Reiter **Mobilgeräte**.
2. Setze ein Häkchen bei **Persönliche Geräte anzeigen.**
3. **Wähle** nun das **Mobilgerät aus**, auf welchem die automatische Erinnerung erscheinen soll.

4. Unter **an abmelden erinnern** kannst du einstellen, um welche Uhrzeit der Mitarbeiter an die Abmeldung erinnert werden soll. Speichern nicht vergessen!

## Option 2: Abmeldeerinnerung bei Überschreitung der Maximalarbeitszeit:

Wenn die Maximalarbeitszeit überschritten wird, erscheint eine automatische Abmeldeerinnerung. Die Maximalarbeitszeit kann individuell im Arbeitsplan hinterlegt werden. **Hinweis**: Es wird jeweils eine Abmeldeerinnerung verschickt. Wenn beide Optionen aktiviert sind, werden insgesamt zwei Abmeldeerinnerungen ausgelöst – eine zur eingestellten Zeit und eine bei Überschreitung der Maximalarbeitszeit.
