# Warum werden meine Stempelungen nicht gespeichert?

In diesem Artikel erfährst du, warum es zu Problemen bei der Synchronisation deiner Zeiten kommen kann und wie du diese behebst.

Um eine reibungslose Übertragung deiner Arbeitszeiten an den Server zu gewährleisten, benötigt die clockin App eine aktive Berechtigung für **Push-Benachrichtigungen**. Ohne diese Erlaubnis kann die App im Hintergrund nicht korrekt synchronisieren, was dazu führen kann, dass Stempelungen scheinbar nicht übernommen werden.

## So löst du das Problem:

* **Warnsignal beachten:** Ein gelbes Ausrufezeichen an deinem Profilbild (persönliche App) oder an den drei Punkten (Terminal) zeigt dir an, dass Handlungsbedarf besteht.
* **Hinweis öffnen:** Klicke auf das Profilbild oder die drei Punkte. Dort findest du oben im Menü einen **gelben Banner**.

* **Berechtigung erteilen:** Du wirst in die App-Einstellungen deines Smartphones. Aktiviere dort unter dem Punkt „Mitteilungen“ (iOS) oder „Benachrichtigungen“ (Android) den Schalter, um die Synchronisation dauerhaft zu erlauben.\

Sobald die Push-Benachrichtigungen aktiviert sind, verschwindet der Hinweis und deine Zeiten werden wieder zuverlässig live übertragen.
